Dimensional calibration is essential for preserving measurement accuracy. Regular calibration-intervals help ensure micrometer accuracy. We offer calibration solutions for all types of micrometers such as bore micrometers, depth micrometers, groove micrometers and head micrometers.

You know it is time for calibration if your caliper does not indicate zero in a closed jaw position, or has been stressed. At BestLab we calibrate calipers to ensure that they measure inside, outside, depth, step, thickness, and length accurately. Our calibration experts assess instrument accuracy in relation to application and specifications. We provide calibration of myriad of calipers such as dial calipers, digital calipers and vernier calipers.

While calibrating profile projectors (optical comparators), some of the most important characteristics to be calibrated and verified include length accuracy, magnification accuracy and squareness accuracy. Since there are different types of profile projectors, a suitable calibration method is developed based on the configuration of the measuring instrument and the calibration goals of the user.

We use universal length machine, profile projector and high accuracy guage block to calibrate all of our customers’ hard gauges such as plug gauge, pin gauge, feeler gauge, height gauge as well as ring gauge.

From micrometers, ring gages, thread gages, plug gages and length rods to most other measuring tools and standards, BestLab goes the extra mile to guarantee you accuracy you desire. We also provide surface hardness and roughness tester calibration for select instruments.

BestLab has a climate-controlled laboratory to stabilize instruments and is maintained to perfection. Our technicians work in a temperature and humidity controlled (20°C ± 1°C, with 55 ± 10% relative humidity) laboratory for the most accurate measurement.
